Fr. Tony Baron, Founder and Chairman of the Board
Fr. Tony completed his Anglican studies at the Episcopal Theological School at Claremont and holds graduate and advanced degrees in theology from Talbot Theological Seminary (Master of Divinity with honors) and Dallas Theological Seminary (Master of Sacred Theology with high honors). He also holds a M.A. in Marriage and Family Therapy and a Doctor of Psychology degree with emphasis in Pastoral Care and Counseling from United States International University.

Fr. Tony is married to his best friend, Bobbi, and they have three children (Jonathan, David, and Alex). Fr. Tony and Bobbi have a great love for our Lord Jesus Christ and the Scriptures. They both are committed to enhancing spiritual growth through small groups, discipleship, and prayer. Fr. Tony is currently serving as the Southern California Chaplain for the Order of Saint Luke.
Fr. Joe Rees, Executive Director
Ordained priest for 13 years through the Episcopal Church and now the Anglican Communion for the past year. Fr. Joe graduated from Trinity Episcopal School for Ministry (seminary) in June 1994, where he achieved his Masters of Divinity. He was commissioned an officer in the USAF in 1975 and finished as Major, flying on the AWACS aircraft for over 10 years with tours in Iceland, Saudi Arabia, Okinawa, and Puerto Rico.
Graduated from Rutgers University in 1975 with a Bachelors of Science degree in Environmental Science.
Received calling from the Lord to be a priest as a high school junior with lifelong commitment to the Lord Jesus, but, had to be hounded to come back to finish seminary after 10 years in the Air Force.
Married to Lucy Beth Burgeson in 1976 and parents of four grown children and two grandchildren. A particular love for the family.

Elizabeth M. Daly, MSW, LCSW (Virginia), Director of Ministries
Believes strongly in God's power to heal and restore in body, soul and spirit. She knows His power through her own personal healing and in watching His mercy, grace, and loving kindness heal others. Elizabeth has been affiliated with the healing ministry since 1980. She was lay pastoral counselor with Elijah House East, Ephesians Life Ministries, and at Truro Episcopal Church. A licensed clinical social worker in the state of Virginia, she has worked both in public mental health and in private practice. She is a graduate of Randolph Macon Woman's College and Virginia Commonwealth University. Elizabeth is a member of the National Association of Social Workers, the American Association of Pastoral Counselors and Association of Christian Therapists.
Donna Brayton, Certified Spiritual Director
Donna's diverse background includes Executive Director of Bridging, a non-profit, non-denominational ministry to adult single mother's and their children in Chicago, IL. She served as Director of Love for Children, a World Vision program in Chicago's inner city. She also served on an Inter-Racial Task Force exploring ways of coming together under the Lordship of Jesus Christ, with the express purpose of reaching out to communities in the Chicago area polarized by race and culture. Donna also completed a graduate program for Directors of Non-Profit Organizations at Roosevelt University in Chicago. She is a member of Spiritual Directors International and was trained as Spiritual Director at Pecos Benedictine Monastery in Pecos, New Mexico where she is also an Oblate. Her background includes serving the Episcopal Diocese of Colorado and the Diocese of San Diego. Donna is a frequent speaker at women's retreats specializing in spiritual formation and spiritual gifts
Jose Gutierrez, Director of Prayer Ministry
Jose serves as Assistant Pastor of Grace Chapel of the Coast in Oceanside, California. Pastor Jose's life has been personally impacted through the healing power of God. He has attended the Two-Day Intensive Prayer Session where he found the love of Jesus at a deeper level. Jose has been trained at the Randy Clark School of Healing, and with Mike Evans, Wholeness Ministries. He has served as prayer minister where he has seen God transform and heal broken lives. Pastor Jose has participated in international mission trips to Bolivia under the auspices of the Healing Center. While in Bolivia he trained and equipped pastors in the healing ministry.
Kay Focke, B.A., Administrative Assistant
Kay first became aware of the working of the Holy Spirit while living in Iran in the 1970's. Through both receiving and witnessing many spiritual and physical healings, she came to trust in the Lord. He has proven faithful through several moves to other countries and states as Kay and her family have continued to receive answers to prayer for others and themselves.
